| TUESDAY (April 17th): building the network. In the morning the institutional greetings will be followed by a first introduction of the concept of the network by Dunia Astrologo and the case history of Carlo Ratti, architect and engineer who directs the Senseable City Lab at MIT. In the afternoon a professional team building to know each other better with the aim to lay the foundation of a small Congress Network! And finally a nice aperitif with two girls by the editorial office of the online magazine Nuok. |
| WEDNESDAY (April 18th): creating the network. The day will be divided into two different moments and types of speech: in the morning two case histories onthe theme of the creation of an inner network, with a particular attention to the world of the associationism, Global Alliance and Slow Food; in the afternoon the theme will be the network in the world of the business, a case history about one of the first italian multinational based on the network, BasicNet, illustrating the methods adopting by two business company to create their net. |
| FRIDAY (April 20th): maintaining the network. During the final day we want to give to the participants the last instructions and the tools they need to maintain the net, with particular attention to PRime network: how to enforce it at Italian and European level. For the first part of the morning a professional in crisis management, Luca Poma, and CSR will be show some famous cases about the break of a network and the management of this crisis. Then the network case of IKS, open source community, whose projects are focused on building an open and flexible technology platform for semantically enhanced Content Management Systems. Finally a workshop to involve all the participants for a collection of ideas about the maintainance of PRime net! |
